The Svedah Couch to Fit program is thoughtfully designed for complete beginners, allowing you to start with small, manageable steps and gradually build your fitness. Our instructor will always offer beginner-friendly options, ensuring you can progress at your own pace with confidence.
You don’t need expensive gear or fancy trainers to get started with the Svedah Couch to Fit program. Just wear something comfortable that allows you to move easily, and keep some water nearby to stay hydrated throughout your workout.
You don’t need any equipment to take part in the sessions. Just yourself and a space that you can move around in safely so you can follow the exercises without bumping into the sofa or tripping over! For some of the exercise we suggest variations that can be done on a seat (a chair with 4 legs rather than a armchair) or by leaning against a wall
